I am trying to prove that different cooking surfaces affect they way your food comes out. I will bake the exact same cookie dough on different cooking surfaces and see the outcome.I will give people the different cookies made from the different sheets and they will tell me their results. I will asses the color, texture, and taste of the cookies baked on the different cooking surfaces. I will study about heat and the different materials that heat travel through the best.
